Thank you for shopping with rare and kind. We take great care in designing high-quality skincare and personal care products. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, replacements and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item)
- The product is defective or leaking at the time of delivery
To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, sealed and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during sale/discount events (unless damaged or wrong product)
- Personal hygiene & cosmetics items as per standard industry practice
3. Reporting Damage or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, you must notify us within:
24–48 hours of product delivery
Send the following to Kindconnect@rareandkind.com:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product, packaging & shipping label
- Description of the issue
Without visual proof, the request may be rejected.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
If your return is not approved, you will be notified via email.
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective
- You received a different product than what you ordered
Replacement will be shipped after verification of your claim.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is rejected, return shipping charges (if any) may apply
8. Return Pickup
Return pickup availability may depend on your pincode and courier partners. If pickup is not available:
- We may request you to self-ship the product
- Reimbursement will be provided only if the return is approved
